Blaukraut (Braised Red Cabbage)

Cook until soft:
1 T. oil
1 med. onion, diced
1 small red cabbage, chopped
1 sour apple, diced

Add:
2 c. wine
veggie boulion
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
pinch celery seed
pinch caraway seed

Simmer until soft.
