2 lbs. ground pork (cooked)
5 shallots, minced
5 scallions, minced
2 carrots, shredded
1 bunch cilantro, minced
1 T. fish sauce
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 c. lime juice
sprig mint, minced

Serve with:
butter bib lettuce
sticky rice
papaya or cucumber salad
